PEAK’s new PLUS solution offers dealers the most robust customer engagement platform in the industry today. Powered by Outsell Fuel, this solution utilizes enriched analytics and a unique customer monitoring capability to help dealerships identify when owners and prospects are shopping online for a new or preowned vehicle, a needed service or a desired accessory. PLUS enables dealers to determine a customer’s “shopping intensity”, then they can reach out at exactly the right time, with a series of automated and highly targeted messages to bring the customer in.  This new PLUS solution is initially available to Volvo retailers (as AmplifyPLUS) and Porsche dealerships (as PACEPlus) with a plan to roll out to other OEM’s over the next few months.

Branded messages include a monthly “Broadcast” campaign as well as specific unique follow-up campaigns that range from new vehicle sales offers to accessories, lease offers and even service specials. All based on the interests expressed by the vehicle owner or prospect customer.
